Hi, I'll teach you how to patch IDM without use any crack.

Trust me, DO NOT download IDM from any Warez site. It's possibly contains hidden backdoor virus (i-Stealer & keylogger) that will steal your password & cookies in your pc & browser.

So, you don't want the hacker hack your Facebook, email & so on, right ?

Ok, let's get down the tutorial
Tutorial For Windows XP
1 - If you already installed older version of IDM, please uninstall it first.

2 - Download the latest IDM at www.internetdownloadmanager.com & install it 

3 - Open Start Menu > Run > notepad %windir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

4 - Copy & paste into hosts :

5 - Save & Exit

6 - Open IDM > Registration > Registration

7 - Write down any name & email

8 - Insert any of this serial, then Click OK

9 - Gotcha...you're done..the IDM has been registered. Easy right ?


** After you follow the tutorial, but got the message : "Internet Download Manager has been registered with a fake serial number or serial number has been blocked. IDM is now exiting", please follow this instruction (we need to delete IDM Registry) :

1 - Completely uninstall IDM
2 - Open Notepad, then copy & paste this into it :

3 - Save As > then write down any filename with .reg extension,, example : idm.reg
4 - Double click the idm.reg & click YES
5 - Restart your computer
6 - Follow the above tutorial again (Installing IDM)
